IRONMAN 🍁
A beautiful day in Crawfordsville, Indiana, made for a great day of racing for the final round of GNCC racing.
Jordan Ashburn had a crash after the start and finished 6th in class. With this finish, Jordan was able to secure 2nd place in the XC1 Pro championship. Congrats, Jordan! Ryder Lafferty, returning from injury, did not finish the race.
Cole Whitmer came home with a 3rd place finish in Open A.
And Lane Whitmer returned to the 250A class with a 3rd place finish.
Shawn Remington finished 5th place in Super Senior A.
Great job, everyone! 👏

Cole Whitmer completed the ISDE race this year in Galicia, Spain. He comes home with a gold medal and a 14th overall and his team finished 4th overall for the week out of 128 teams. Congrats on your first ISDE, Cole!

BECKLEY, WEST VIRGINIA 🚵🏼
This past weekend was a eMTB DOUBLE HEADER with races on both Friday and Saturday. Talon Hawk, racing the XC2 class, finished 2nd in class and 8th overall on Friday evening. On Saturday, Talon captured another 2nd place in class and 7th overall. Great job, Talon!

Yesterday’s race was a good one! XC1 racer @jashburn3 finished 3rd in class and 4th overall.

NEPG LITTLE RACCOON NATIONAL 🦝
On Sunday, Coastal Gasgas racers Ryder Lafferty, Cole Whitmer, and Lane Whitmer raced the NEPG Little Raccoon National in Wellston, Ohio!
Ryder Lafferty finished with a 6th place in the NE Pro 1 class and 6th overall.
Cole Whitmer finished 1st place in AA and 14th overall. Congrats, Cole!
While Lane Whitmer finished in 2nd place in the AA class!
The NEPG season continues on July 28th with the Rattlesnake National!

eMTB rider, Talon Hawk, raced on Snowshoe mountain

eMTB rider, Talon Hawk, raced on Snowshoe mountain this past Friday in the XC2 class. Talon had a good start and a great race up and down the mountain bringing home a 2nd place finish and 6th overall! On Saturday, while riding a trail on Snowshoe mountain, Talon crashed his bicycle and sustained injuries. After seeking help from medical professionals, he left with a concussion but no broken bones. Get well soon, Talon! 🤕

SNOWSHOE ❄️
It was a beautiful day up on the mountain on Sunday for our last GNCC race before summer break.
XC1 rider, Jordan Ashburn, had a good day at the front bringing home a 4th place. Jordan says, “I struggled to get comfortable but otherwise happy to not have any big issues.”
Ryder Lafferty finished with an 11th place in class.
Congratulations to Open A rider, Cole Whitmer, for capturing a 1st place win! Great job, Cole!
Lane Whitmer finished in 5th place in 250A.
Shawn Remington secured 2nd place in Super Senior A.

Ryder Lafferty and Lane Whitmer raced in this weekend’s Cherokee National NEPG, with Ryder in the NE Pro1 class and Lane racing the AA class. After a great day of racing, Lafferty finished 5th in class and 5th overall. Whitmer finished 1st place in AA and 17th overall in Georgia! Congrats on the win, Lane!

MASON-DIXON 💥
Coastal Gasgas Factory Racing was busy this weekend with races on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday!
Starting on Friday evening, Talon Hawk, racing XC2 in the eMTB series finished in 4th place! The double header concluded on Saturday evening with a second eMTB race where Talon, racing again, finished 4th in class and 9th overall!
Turning to Sunday, XC1 rider Jordan Ashburn finished 3rd in class. Congrats, Jordan! Ryder Lafferty completed 1 lap before an injury set him back, taking him out of the race.
Cole Whitmer, riding Open A, finished the race with an 8th place. Lane Whitmer finished in 5th place in 250A!
Shawn Remington finished 4th in Super Senior A.
Great job team, on to the next!
